How often to water your plants
For most plants, the general rule is to see if the first inch or so of soil is dry. If dry, this is an indication that the plant needs water. Shrivelled/dry leaves might indicate a need a little extra water whereas black leaf ends can mean overwatering.
Prune Your Plants
If you see the tips of the leaves on your plant dying, you can trim them to keep it looking tidy. Any excess stem growth on some species can be carefully cut back. This will help your plant grow fuller and stronger.
Don’t forget to dust
Plants that gather too much dust on their leaves can have the sunlight blocked, stopping them from growing and thriving. A gentle wipe every month or so will fix this and keep them looking stunning.
